SMITH, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

We shall hold in this case that the order of a trial judge permitting substitution of the personal representative of a deceased litigant as plaintiff in an action for libel was not an appealable final order. Hence, we shall affirm the order of the Court of Special Appeals dismissing the appeal from the trial judge's action.
