GGO, Inc., appeals from an adverse judgment in this action instituted by Meat Requirements Coordination, Inc. (MRC). MRC successfully sought to recover money from its sale of frozen beef trimmings to GGO. As buyer, GGO maintains that the terms of its purchase contract with MRC allocated the risk of loss to MRC, the seller. As a consequence, GGO argues that it was absolved from liability for payment...
