Plaintiffs, employee benefit plans (hereinafter "funds")1 and their trustees, brought this action pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(3), seeking to audit defendant's payroll records, a contributor to the funds, and an accounting of all funds due to the funds. Plaintiffs also seek attorney's fees, the cost of the audit and interest if defendant's contributions to the funds are found to be insufficient...
