The defendant, George Young, was convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to serve not less than 40 years nor more than 40 years in the State penitentiary. In three issues, the defendant attacks the sufficiency of the evidence and says that the trial judge abused his discretion by allowing a photograph of the deceased's body to be admitted into evidence...
