Michael Colodny appeals from the district court's judgment finding him liable for $100,000 on a promissory note held by Depositors Trust Company.

In 1970 Joseph M. Feldman borrowed $900,000 from Depositors Trust Company in order to finance a joint venture undertaken by Feldman, Alfred Slobusky and several other parties. Slobusky's relationship to the loan was a question in dispute...
