Thomas Franklin Drumheller was convicted in the trial court of first degree murder, abduction with intent to defile, use of a firearm in the commission of murder, and possession of a handgun after a felony conviction. On appeal, the sole issue before us is the sufficiency of the affidavit which supported a search warrant for Drumheller's residence and automobile.
