In this appeal we are asked to review an order entered on May 5, 1981, by the circuit court of Peoria County which sustained the objection of the appellee, the Radnor Grange (taxpayer), to real estate taxes for 1979, paid under protest by the taxpayer in 1980, and directed the county treasurer of Peoria County (treasurer) to refund the taxes to the taxpayer.
