The Court has before it the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment, filed July 1 and July 16, 1982, on the issue of whether plaintiff's constitutional rights were violated when employees of the Polk County Jail strip-searched him following his arrest on March 18, 1980. Although plaintiff's complaint originally included other claims, the parties filed a stipulation of dismissal of those claims on August 26, 1982...
