This is an appeal by the Ascension Parish School Board from a judgment of the District Court rendered on February 23, 1981 and signed on March 11, 1981, decreeing that:

"... there be judgment herein in favor of the plaintiff, Lloyd John Landry, and against the defendant, Ascension Parish School Board, reversing the decision of the Ascension Parish School Board terminating the employment of Lloyd John Landry as a classroom teacher and ordering...
