Wilson, appellant, brought an action against Barton & Ludwig, Inc. and Barton & Ludwig Home Rental, Inc., appellees, alleging the wrongful appropriation of his idea or plan for leasing and managing residential rental properties. Appellant's suit also included a claim for wrongful termination of his employment, a claim which he contends was later dismissed voluntarily.
