MURRAY, Justice.

This is a criminal information charging the defendant Edward James McKee, Jr. (defendant), with one count of receiving for prostitution1 and one count of pandering for prostitution.2 A Superior Court jury returned a verdict of guilty on both counts, and the defendant is now before us on appeal from the judgment of conviction entered on these charges.
