Timothy and Lori White sought specific performance of a land purchase contract against the vendors, Steven P. and Wanda Boucher. The Whites also named Christy Realty as a defendant. Christy Realty crossclaimed against Boucher for its real estate commission. Following a jury trial judgment for specific performance and damages were awarded to the Whites and Christy Realty was awarded its commission.
