Defendant was charged with entering without breaking with the intent to commit a larceny. MCL 750.111; MSA 28.306. Following a trial by jury defendant was convicted as charged and sentenced to a prison term of 30 to 60 months. He appeals as of right raising two issues for review. We affirm.
