Jennette Carter appeals from the district court's grant of summary judgment against her on her claim under 42 U.S.C. § 19811 against Supermarkets General Corporation (SGC) and from a separate order of the district court denying her motion to add a Title VII claim, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., to her complaint.
