In this case, respondent attorney Robert H. Yamagiwa transgressed a suspension order on a number of occasions and over an extended period of time. For this, he is disbarred.

Respondent Robert H. Yamagiwa, who practices law in Seattle, was suspended by this court on August 20, 1979, for failure to comply with APR 11, Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements. To date, nearly 3 years later, Yamagiwa has not certified that those requirements...
