OPINION

YOUNG, Justice.

Archie Herman Burkhalter was convicted by a jury of the attempted murder of John Hensley. The jury then assessed punishment of imprisonment for ten years. We affirm.

During the course of a three week trial, the State portrayed a complex web of relationships and events which culminated in the shooting of Hensley. Appellant has brought forward eleven grounds of error. Because the appellant challenges the admission of testimony...
