COATS, Judge.

James Frankson was convicted after a jury trial of robbery in the first degree, AS 11.41.500,1 and theft in the second degree, AS 11.46.130(a)(1).2 Frankson was sentenced to concurrent terms of fifteen years on the robbery charge and five years on the theft charge.
