RICHARD L. BROWN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a take nothing summary judgment granted in favor of defendant (appellee), E.R. Fain, d/b/a E.R. Fain Roofing, against plaintiff (appellant), Steven Robert Klafehn.

We affirm.
