Appealing from denial of his Rule 27.26 motion, movant contends the hearing court erred in failing to vacate his 1975 convictions for burglary second degree and stealing on his claim of "ineffective assistance of counsel." Movant, found guilty by a jury on both charges, was sentenced under the Habitual Criminal Act, § 556.280, RSMo 1969, to consecutive terms of five years on each count and those convictions were affirmed in State v. Wilson...
