This matter is before the Court on the defendants' motion to dismiss. All defendants were indicted on July 22, 1982 for conspiracy to knowingly and intentionally possess with intent to distribute a large quantity of marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. One of the defendants, Veillette, was further charged in the same indictment with knowingly and intentionally possessing cocaine with intent to distribute...
