Air Charter GMBH (ACS) has filed a claim for $870,000 against the Estate of Uwe M. Buehl. ACS and the estate, on August 26, 1980, signed an agreement (hereinafter agreement) covering the various aspects of this claim, and ACS asks us to approve it under §3323(a) of the Probate, Estate and Fiduciaries Code (PEF).
