This is an appeal from the dismissal of a complaint filed by the plaintiffs, Kenneth and Dorothy Garrison, against the defendant, Heublein, Inc., the manufacturer and distributor of Smirnoff vodka.1 In that complaint, the plaintiffs alleged that Kenneth Garrison has suffered physical and mental injuries as a result of consuming the defendant's product over a twenty-year period.
