Rosalie Bybee sued Michael Wayne Bybee for divorce and property division. Following judgment, an appeal was taken by the husband limited to portions of the decree concerning the division of the property and debts of the parties. The principal question presented is whether the trial court erred in treating a one-half interest in 25 acres of land as property which was "jointly purchased" by the parties prior to their marriage.
