Michael Seuzeneau, a New Orleans firefighter, appeals from the affirmation by the trial court of a denial of his claim for a disability pension under LSA-R.S. 33:21131 by the Board of Trustees of the Firefighters Pension and Relief Fund for the City of New Orleans (the Board).
