This is a child custody case in which the father-appellant seeks to obtain custody of his two minor children from their mother-respondent. The trial court denied the father's motion to transfer custody. The single issue raised on appeal is whether, since the prior decree, a change has occurred in the circumstances of the children or their custodian and that the modification is necessary to serve the best interests of the children.
