Plaintiff, Edward R. Rozell, instituted this strict liability action, seeking damages for personal injuries which he sustained as a result of being attacked by a bull. Named as defendants were the alleged owners of the bull, Louisiana Animal Breeders Cooperative, Inc. (LABC), North Ohio Breeders Cooperative, Inc. (NOBC), and Atlantic Breeders Cooperative (ABC).
