In this breach of contract action, defendant appeals a judgment awarding plaintiff compensatory damages for profits lost as a result of defendant's breach. Defendant argues that some of plaintiff's evidence of lost profits was inadmissible and that, even if properly admitted, the evidence was not sufficient to submit plaintiff's claim to the jury. We find that one item of plaintiff's evidence of damages was improperly admitted, but the remaining admissible...
