WEIS, Circuit Judge.

This case addresses the proper determination of insurance benefits a non-domiciliary is entitled to receive under an automobile policy drafted in accordance with the Pennsylvania no-fault law and issued to a resident of that state. Although the district court correctly concluded that the benefits due were those provided by the state of domicile, we hold that it erred in failing to compute the amount payable. Accordingly...
