HOFFMAN, Judge:

Appellant contends that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction for conspiracy and that his counsel was ineffective in failing to interview and call certain eyewitnesses. Although we find the evidence sufficient, we agree that counsel was ineffective and, accordingly, reverse the order and judgment of sentence of the lower court and grant a new trial.
