This appeal stems from a jury verdict against New Hampshire Insurance Group (New Hampshire), the workmen's compensation carrier for the respective employers of defendants Cimosz and Marquez. The case against New Hampshire was submitted to the jury on two theories: breach of contract, and interference with contractual relations.
