Slater Tool and Engineering Corporation ("Slater") and its President, John Scaduto, appeal the order of the district court finding them in civil contempt of court for violating a 1966 Consent Decree. The Consent Decree settled a suit for trademark infringement and unfair competition brought against Slater and Scaduto by the plaintiff-appellee in this case, Screw Machine Tool Company ("Screw Machine").
