In this proceeding, the parties are at issue over the debtors' ability, through a chapter 11 plan, to cure a default and reinstate and de-accelerate a mortgage, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1124(2), after a final judgment of foreclosure by sale has entered in state court but a sale has not taken place. The debtors previously had attempted to obtain such a mortgage reinstatement...
