PEDERSON, Justice.

Morris C. Lawson was convicted on two counts of gross sexual imposition. Judgment was entered on December 14, 1981. On December 23, 1981, the court issued an order extending the time for filing a notice of appeal by 30 days. Lawson filed his notice of appeal on January 20, 1982, appealing only from the district court's order of December 23, 1981. There was no appeal from the judgment. The issue now before us is whether or not we have jurisdiction...
