This case involves a dispute between plaintiff Tyler Refrigeration Corporation ("Tyler") and defendant Kysor Industrial Corporation ("Kysor") over patent claims of refrigerated display cases. These cases are found in many of this nation's grocery stores displaying meat, fish, poultry, and dairy products.
