This is an appeal brought by Defendant-Appellant, Dennis Minoru Nakamura (hereinafter "appellant"), from his conviction following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, for the offense of Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Second Degree, in violation of HRS § 712-1242 (1976).
