This is an appeal from a conviction for aggravated robbery. Appellant contends that, because the record does not contain the requested transcription of the court reporter's notes, he is entitled to a new trial. For the reasons discussed below, we hold that the judicially created statement of the proceedings included in the record is not an adequate substitute for a transcription of the court reporter's notes, but Appellant's lack of diligence in seeking...
