OPINION

PRICE, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for delivery of cocaine. The court assessed punishment at sixteen years confinement.

The evidence reflects that Officer Dimambro, while working undercover, negotiated with one John Garcia to purchase a large quantity of cocaine.
