Gloria-Ann Lee Hill and Terry J. Hill were divorced by judgment dated July 27, 1979. Permanent custody of the couple's two minor children was awarded to Mrs. Hill, and Mr. Hill was ordered to pay child support in the amount of $200.00 per week for the two children. By judgment dated July 8, 1981, child support was reduced to $600.00 per month. Also, under the July 8, 1981 judgment, the sum of $1,600.00 was set as past due child support (arrearages...
