Appellants-defendants appeal from a summary judgment entered against them in an action on a $120,000.00 promissory note. The $120,000.00 was part of the consideration to be paid by appellants to appellees-plaintiffs for purchase of the latter's shares of stock in the Western National Bank of Lovell, Lovell, Wyoming.
