Appeal is brought from a conviction for the offense of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, Section 31.07, Tex.Penal Code Ann. (Vernon 1974). The State abandoned the first paragraph of its indictment charging theft and the jury found appellant guilty of the lesser charge.
