This matter is before the Court pursuant to a petition by the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of its order requiring Alumina Ceramics, Inc., to reinstate an employee who was allegedly discharged for union activities and to cease and desist from other activities said to be violative of Section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq. We enforce the Board's order in part.
