This is an appeal from the trial court's withdrawal of a case from the jury and the rendition of judgment in favor of appellee insurance company in a suit filed by appellants on a contract of insurance which insured a house in Dallas sold by appellants to Clydell and Hattie Robertson. The policy was issued to the Robertsons as mortgagors of the house, with appellee named in the loss payable...
