Appellant was tried without a jury and convicted of possessing a controlled substance,1 possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver,2 and delivery of a controlled substance.3 He was sentenced to a term of one and one-half to five years imprisonment on the delivery count; that sentence was suspended and appellant was placed on probation for five years...
