The State appeals from an order of the circuit court of Hamilton County directing the county to pay $2,375 for the services of a guardian ad litem appointed by the court to represent minors at an adjudicatory hearing. The State first contends that the trial court's order was void because the court lacked jurisdiction, and, second, that the court acted beyond its constitutional powers...
