This is a products liability action brought by plaintiff, Robert A. Quillin, seeking recovery for injuries received while operating a hay baler. Defendant, Hesston Corporation, was the manufacturer of the machine. The jury returned a substantial verdict in favor of plaintiff and defendant appeals therefrom.
