James King was convicted, upon his plea of guilty and judicial confession, for the offense of unlawfully carrying a handgun on premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages. See Tex.Pen.Code Ann. sec. 46.02(c) (Vernon 1974). Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, he was sentenced to a probated term of five years confinement and a fine of $500. James King appeals.1...
