This is an appeal from the denial of a Rule 27.26 motion without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.

Gary Barber, the movant-appellant, was convicted by a jury of one count of operating a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner, two counts of second-degree burglary and stealing.
