This is an appeal from a judgment in a suit for reformation of a deed in which the trial court permitted rewording of a faulty legal description but denied relief as to the consideration paid for land purchased on a price-per-acre basis. The trial court held the four-year statute of limitations1 barred reformation of the purchase price recited in the deed.
