On September 4, 1980, plaintiffs entered a default judgment pursuant to an action in assumpsit filed to no. 206, July term, 1980, against defendant in the amount of $18,227.15. Pursuant to a writ of execution, the Sheriff of Lancaster County levied upon a silo originally purchased by defendant and located on land owned by intervenors, defendant's parents.
