This dispute has been before this court on four previous appeals,1 to which we refer for a further statement of facts. In our 1976 decision, having found that Warren Golden (Golden) had been denied his shareholder rights, we ordered that Oahe Enterprises, Inc. (Oahe) be dissolved, that an accounting be made of its assets, and that Golden receive his pro rata share of Oahe's assets on dissolution. We remanded for trial...
